ETHICAL CODE

The Foundation has adopted a code of ethics that determines the principles and values that should govern its activity (Cetaqua Barcelona, Cetaqua Galicia y Cetaqua Andalucía). If you have any doubts about ethical practices, please contact the ethics and compliance manager through ETHICS CHANNEL.

Likewise, it has drawn up an Equality Plan for the Cetaqua Barcelona, Cetaqua Galicia, and Cetaqua Andalucía) centers with the aim of guaranteeing real and effective equality between women and men within the company and thus avoiding any type of discrimination.

MANUALS AND POLICIES

Cetaqua makes manuals available to its employees that establish the rules and behaviors that must be taken into consideration whenever work is carried out for the center:

• Manual of Requirements and Good Practices applicable to Suppliers 
• Criminal Prevention Manual that pursues the organization and management model in accordance with art. 31 bis of the Penal Code
• Instructions on the use of media, computer systems, and communications networks to develop the principles and guidelines for conduct expressed in the information security and use of technology (ICT) policy

The Foundation has also drawn up policies that specify the general principles of action and describe the criteria that guide the performance of the functions and tasks of its professionals in the following areas:
